Hello world!

Brad and I are buying a house! It was a surprisingly easy decision for us to move back to Charleston, even though giving up being 3 hours away from family was tough, we are glad to be back down south. It's been a crazy 6 months: we got married, moved to Charleston, both changed jobs, adopted a second dog, attempted to buy a fixer-upper, fixer-upper fell through, and scrambled to find another place to live under a tight deadline...which brings us to now! We had a whirlwind (followed by multiple other whirlwinds) of change, and while it has definitely been stressful, it's been really exciting! We have a lot to be excited about (and still even more to figure out), but in short - hopefully all good things.
